Every year, a good number of the people I work with in Pensacola eventually move again — a new set of orders, a job transfer, retirement somewhere warmer, or just a fresh start. When that happens, most people do the same thing: they open a search engine, type in a city name and "real estate agent," and hope for the best.
You don't have to do that. I maintain a nationwide referral network of vetted, top-performing agents across the country, and if you (or someone you know) is buying or selling outside Northwest Florida, I can personally match you with someone I trust in that market — before you ever have to sort through anonymous online reviews.
How the Referral Actually Works
- You tell me where you're headed. A phone call, a text, or a note through my contact form is all it takes — city, timeline, and whether you're buying, selling, or both.
- I match you with a vetted partner. I work from a screened network of experienced agents across all 50 states, and I connect you with someone who actually knows the market you're moving to.
- I make the introduction personally. You're not handed off to a call center or a random lead form — I introduce you directly, so the agent on the other end already knows your situation.
- The local agent handles your transaction. They run your search or listing in their market. I stay reachable if you have questions along the way, but the day-to-day work is in the hands of someone local to you.
What It Costs You: Nothing
This is standard practice in real estate — when I refer a client to another agent, that agent pays a referral fee out of their own commission once the deal closes. It never adds a cost to you, and it never comes out of your side of the transaction. You simply get matched with someone qualified, instead of guessing from an online directory.
Who This Is For
- Military families PCSing again — whether it's your first move since I helped you buy in Pensacola, or a friend at your next duty station who needs a recommendation
- Job relocations and transfers — anyone whose company is sending them to a new city or state
- Retirees and lifestyle movers — ready for a new chapter somewhere else in the country
- Out-of-state investors — looking to buy a rental property outside the Pensacola market
- Family, friends, and coworkers — you don't have to be a past client of mine to ask for a referral. If someone you know is moving anywhere in the U.S., send them my way.
Why Go Through Me Instead of Searching Online
Anyone can find an agent's name online. What you can't easily find is whether that agent is actually good at their job. Because I only refer people into my network I've screened, you skip the trial-and-error part of finding representation in an unfamiliar market — and you start the move with someone who's already vouched for.
Have a move out of state on the horizon — for yourself or someone you know? Reach out and I'll personally connect you with a trusted agent in your new market, at no cost to you.
